Private Training Seminars

Service Agility provides customized training sessions on many topics related to contact center management.  Any of our public classes can be delivered privately on your site.  In addition, we offer a variety of other courses serving the needs of agents, front-line supervisors, managers, executives, and support personnel (WFM Analysts, Quality Monitoring associates, etc.).

The advantage to private training is that the content is a direct match to your needs, and the discussion centers around the topics that are most important to the success of your operation.  The amount of customization is up to you.  At a minimum, our trainer will discuss topics over the phone and make changes based on the discussion.  For a higher degree of relevance to your environment, we will conduct a short site visit with you and revise content to include your specific issues, data, and terminology.

From a pricing perspective, a private on-site two day training seminar with minimal customization is generally around the same total cost as sending 4 associates to an off-site public class.  For more enhanced customization, the break-even point is closer to 6-7 attendees.  From a value perspective, private on-site training is a great way to enhance teamwork while building skills throughout your team.
