- Distribution of RFP to vendors
- Management of the Q and A process
- Single point of communication with vendors
- Participation in selection of finalists (remote, on-site optional)
- Participation in site visits to finalists (up to three visits over consecutive days)
- Management of Best and Final Offer (BAFO) process
- Participation in selection of your partner
- Price negotiation, including finalization of any incentive and penalty clauses
- Technical support in contracting (i.e., making sure final contract matches RFP response)

- Participation in kick-off call and initial site visit
- Providing data and documents as requested
- Approval of completed RFP and evaluation templates
- Providing answers as required through Q and A process
- Participating in selection of finalists, site visits, and vendor decision
- Legal support in contracting
- Compile agent training requirements and documentation and train the outsourcer’s trainers
- Monitor performance

| Price |
Pricing is provided on a fixed fee basis. For the full complement of outsourcing selection services the fee is in the mid 30k range (plus expenses). If you require a project of lesser scope, pricing will decrease accordingly. |
