Once your outsourcing partner is in place, you cannot simply walk away and assume that all will be well.  Successful outsourcing arrangements are dependent on great communication.  With everything else on your plate, though, monitoring the performance of your outsourcer may not be at the top of your to-do  list.

We can help.  We offer a monitoring service that helps ensure you are getting the most from your outsourcing investment.  Our service includes the following:

Monitoring (Post-Selection)
Objective Provide active management throughout the terms of the contract to ensure the vendor meets the objectives outlined in the contract
What You Get
  • Receive/review daily, weekly, monthly performance reports
  • Address performance issues as they come up (remotely)
  • Determine incentive/penalty payout
  • Lead a monthly performance discussion (teleconference) with the vendor
  • Conduct one annual visit to the vendor’s site to assess performance
  • Document the annual visit and discuss via teleconference
  • Participation in meetings to discuss vendor contract renewal
  • Optional – Quality monitor and report on a pre-determined number of calls per month
Your responsibilities
  • Participation in the monthly performance teleconference
  • Participation and approval of action during troubleshooting sessions
  • Payment and communication with vendor on billing issues
  • Optional participation in annual site visit
  • Handling any contracting and/or legal issues with vendor
Price Under 4k per month, plus expenses.
